WOW, thanks for all the responses guys!

I will have to download some more programs and check them out, I got a lot
of suggestions and I intend to check out each one.  Some of the logging
software suggested is starting to look promising, and I like some other
ideas suggested for pulling it all together.

To all those who want to hear about the end results, give me a couple days!

I will post my opinions and solutions soon, I have to go download a half a
dozen apps and try them out to see which I like best.
