Hi all, Just a quick thought, Target has a 12 v 19Ah carstarter battery with built in digital voltmeter on sale for $35 this week, I got one, it's not the best deal around but it will work for ham stuff. Thanks for the thoughts on the CR-282, looks like I'll get one and try it out. Mike KB0ozn
