Actually, you should get both.  The CR-282 is an ovenized high-stability
oscillator.  You should get better overall accuracy as well as less drift,
both over time (minutes to hours) and with temperature variations.  It will
not affect aging, however, as that tends to be caused by other processes.

As John (K9JK) pointed out, you should be able to tune your existing
oscillator to a little better than what it is at the moment... although its
only 1.6 ppm off.  That's actually not to bad.  The reference frequecy is
60.00000 MHz, and its affected by two trimmers.  I would NOT recommend
attempting to do the adjustment unless you have access to a VERY good
frequency counter.  The current 1.6 pmm thats there is better than most
inexpensive counters (i.e., Radio Shack, Stargate, etc.) are capable of.
Even the good ones need to have been calibrated themselves recently.
