[NLRS] 902 beacon report

Hearing the 902.070 beacon from EN26 in and out of the noise here in EN34iu.  
 At times the QSB brings it S3 out of the noise for about 15 seconds or so 
with nice CW copy.   At times also note two distinct tones with a little bit of 
rasp to both notes .... I've heard the same thing on 432 signals from "locals" 
when we were both looking away from each other.

Looking NNE from my qth is a bad direction for me with lots of trees despite 
the antenna being at 50'.
