[NLRS] NLRS Web Page update

Sorry, all.  I've been terribly lax in keeping the NLRS web site 
up-to-date.  I made a bunch of changes Friday night / Saturday morning, 
although much more work remains to be done.  If nothing else, at least I 
have the breakfast schedule for 2004 on the home page (TODAY, 01/10/04 
is the day of the next one, as has been pointed out), and the VHF and up 
contest schedules for the big ARRL contests.  As usual, if you click on 
the "last edited on xx/xx/xx" link below the club logo, you can see what 
has been updated.  And to help keep me on track, I also inserted a list 
of what else I need to do.  The list is awfully long.  I love doing this 
stuff, I just wish I had more time to do it.
