Gary,
John's (W0JT) note this evening triggered a memory cascade. I have four
PF0011 bricks. They are pulls, so I can't promise they're good. I have a
piece of paper with pin-outs and "890-915 MHz" and "7w - 10w" written on
it. I don't remember when, where, or why I got these, but you're welcome
to one for an amp if you want it. I'll try to dig up some real spec's
before Breakfast on Saturday. (They're only four pins: in, gain adjust,B+,
and out. HOWEVER, I don't know what B+ is, nor the gain adjust
characteristics. I would GUESS 12-13.8 for B+ and maybe 0-+8 for the gain
adjust. But don't know.)
I suspect I acquired these for the 902 beacon that was about #67 on the
project list, but has now fallen into the don't-bother bucket thanks to
John, K0JO.
Can't help with the 10GHz amp. Sorry.
