[NLRS] Correct date for the January VHF Sweepstakes (17-18)

I Called Dan Henderson at the ARRL, and he informed me
that the 24th-25th date for the contest is correct as
indicated in the ARRL pages and in the rules link via
the web.  The QST is a misprint for the dates.

   See you all on the air on the 24-25th.
