[NLRS] MN QSO Party

The Minnesota Wireless Association (MWA) is again sponsoring the MN QSO 
Party.   The contest runs just 10 hrs (8am (1400UTC) to 6pm (2400UTC)) on Sat., Feb 
7.   The world works MN stations while MN stations work each other and the 
world.   There are several operating classes including a VHF class and aggregate 
club scoring ... if you operate this contest in either (or both) the VHF or 
HF catagory, please include NLRS as your club.

There is a nice map of MN counties at http://wr0dk.home.comcast.net/  
(Counties are multipliers).   If you are in a rare county or plan to rove to one, you 
will be popular.
