The proposed Rule and award changes have created a lot of traffic on the
reflectors
and lots of good ideas.
And I guess I would make my reply short and to the point if possible.

1st. I think we should leave the August Contest as it is.

2nd. I think adding the new Limited Single Operator category is a good idea
but it should also include 222mhz.

3rd. I think we should leave the Rover rules and scoring as is, but come up
with a official position statement on grid
      circling etc.

4th. I think the Rovers scores should be included in the Club Scores, if a
rover does not want to favor a certain club
then don't list any club on your entry.

5th. I agree with changing the power limit on 6,2,222,432 to 150 watts for
the low power class.

6th. I think a FM only Class is a good idea also, maybe limited to 50 or 100
watts.

7th. I think adding new awards to the list is O.K. to encourage
participation, but please do not make changes to the
existing awards by changing the number of states or grids or what ever
required in each case.

8th. I think that the existing scoring system works O.K. and should not be
changed.

Thank You for your time spent coming up with the proposal and in reading my
reply.
