As a run and gun rover adding the extension to the grid would be another
layer of complexity. I think that we can adopt some form of distance based
scoring without going to that extent. If we're driving and running stations at the
same time checking the GPS is another step to get in the way.
In marginal conditions it will call for lots of repeats, fills and busted Qs.
This could result in fewer QSOs, and lower scores. Let's keep this fun and
not have people throw up their hands in frustration over losing a mult because
the E cloud moved a little too quickly.
>From time to time we go to FM simplex frequencies. We don't carry vertical
antennas, but the beams seem to do OK. We come across folks willing to make a
