VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!
Saturday March 27, 2004 7:30AM - 1:00PM

Buffalo Civic Center
1306 County Road 134
Buffalo MN 55313

Here we go again! We again this year have a Club table for Midwinter
Madness. By now we should be getting this down to a science. At the very
bottom I have listed what we did at Midwinter Madness last year. Anyone
that would like to take on the same tasks is welcome.

Again I think it is important to have lots of stuff to show and lots members
at the table to show stuff and talk up the upper bands and Aurora 2004.
This is what makes a club look interesting and involved and gets newcomers
excited. We have had good showings at the last two events and have gathered
some new blood into the ranks. Please carefully consider helping out.

Again I would like to keep most of the traffic regarding this off the
reflector so please contact me directly on the requests. I will provide
updates to the reflector so everyone is informed.

Jon has the Club Sign that we will put up behind the table.

I would like to have three people at the booth at all times to talk to
attendees. I am planning on 2 hour shifts starting at 7:00 am so we will
need a total of nine people. Three people per shift.

Shifts will be:

Shift one 7:00-9:00
Shift two 9:00-11:30
Shift three 11:30-1:00

If we can get 12 volunteers I can break up the shifts so that they are only
1 1/2 hours each

VOLUNTEERS PLEASE?
