[NLRS] NLRS Breakfast & Valentine's Day

Well, if its not BPL, its Valentines Day ..... one thing after another.   I
just checked with the Roseville Old Country Buffet and they have a special
running all day for those couples who have been married for 50 years or
more.    As such, its possible that the buffet may be a bit busier than is
normal for a Sat. morning, but according to the Manager who I spoke with we
should still be OK.

For those who get to the breakfast a bit earlier, if they see that the
place is getting busy, please coordinate with the cashier/manager to secure
a group area for about 30 of us .... the guy I talked with just now said it
would be OK.
