[NLRS] SSB Electronics info/ 10 Ghz amp

Hi to everyone and thanks for reading this...

I am looking for anyone that might have info, schematics etc. for the
following SSB Electronics modules:

SRM13   2320 Mhz  Rx Mixer
STM13   2320 Mhz  Tx  Mixer
SLO13    2160 Mhz  LO
SLA13    2304 Linear Amp

Anything help would be appreciated...

I am also looking for a 1 watt out PA (10 mw in) or better for 10 GHZ.
(Almost ready to go on 10 Ghz.!)
