[NLRS] VivatMorse

For anyone interested, there is YahooGroups list named VivatMorse.
It's a fairly low usage list, but quite interesting.  Its purpose is the 
promotion of using morse.  It does not require members to be particularly 
adept at the key, just to be interested in using it, and I know a number 
of NLRS members that fit that bill.
