The whole theory of reversed polarity connectors is that they are
supposed to be hard to get so users of RF modems can't easily install
good antennas and get range beyond the "un"-regulated limits.

Mouser (www.mouser.com) has reversed polarity TNC connectors. But no
adapters and no reverse polarity SMA.
