Dave,

FOC is the First Class Operators Club.  It is an International club of CW 
operators.  If I remember correctly, you need to be recommended by one or 
perhaps more other FOC members to join.  I seem to recall that it 
originated in G Land I think in the 1950's.

I just goty back from my son't tournament in Duluth, so I didn't get to 
play in any of the contests this weekend.
