Hi All -

I got an email from Mel, KC0P, today regarding the Minnesota QSO Party.  Mel 
will be out portable for the contest.  I wanted to alert you to Mel's plans so 
everyone can work him.  Mel will have 40M, 20M, 6M, 144 MHz, 432 MHz, 1.2 GHz 
and 10 GHz with him. Mel will spend between a half hour and an hour in each 
county.
