[NLRS] States Above January Results

Happy Ground Hogs Day.   Attached is the most recent update for the States
Above operating event for those NLRS members who are participating.   Bill,
K0AWU, continues to lead the pack, his 33 States/Provinces on 2m and 56
States/Provinces on 6m looks pretty darn good.   Gary, W0GHZ, four states
on 5.7 and 10 GHz are noticeable as well.

As this event runs until June 30th there is still lots of time for others
to join in on the fun.   Work a total of 30 or more States/Provinces,
submit your scores to Bruce, W9FZ, and the CSVHF Society will send you a
very attractive certificate .... no membership is required.

The States Above operating event is sponsored by the CSVHF Society for the
purpose of promoting activity on the bands above 50 MHz.  The operating
event runs from 0001 July 1 2003 to 2359 UTC June 30, 2004.  QSL cards are
