[NLRS] Temporary 432 beacon on air in town

Not so much a propagation beacon as a weak signal source :-)

Listen on 432.3295 .  You'll be listening to 10mw to a dipole at 30' on
a slight hill.

Email reports to me if you would.

I have a module I could add to it to jack up the power, but I'm trying
not to desense everything else here.  I can operate on 432.100 without
hearing it--which is nice.
