I am thinking about rovering because I will be in Brainerd. I have questions about logging. I will be participating in the Brainerd JCs ice fishing contest. On the way home I could do 2M and 6M. When I get home in Owatonna I want to be a base operation. Could I still be considered a rover if I operated in these grids, and then operated from a fixed station at home. My guess is that as long as I indiacate that I am a rover I can work people from every grid I am in and others will also be able to work me?

Thoughts.
