Hi Ford,
Not a problem, I understand publishing delays. What I _don't_ understand is WHY DOES JON HAVE ACCESS ? He's not "special" (at least as far as the ARRL is concerned -- he's special to us, of course. So WHY should he be allowed to see it ?
