[NLRS] More thoughts re: ARRL and V/UHF contests -- NOT AS LONG

Todd, 
when you put it that way I gree with you, ARRL will
continue to do more lobby work and possibly less on
the contest level.
I think it would be great to sponsor a contest ie
V/UHF if they drop it. This is a great time to bring
up these ideas and dicussions. The coodination of a
contest is a huge undertaking but if there is one
group that can do it it would NLRS. We could partner
with Badger Contesters and share the work?
The hobby really is and will continue to be what WE as
Hams put into it.
