[NLRS] Liason option?

I have to agree with Bill, liason was an issue but thankfully the cell phone
did
help us. I too was transfered to voice mailboxes of primary cell phones. We
listened on 144.260 and heard some weak signals, but I think a good station
at Mt.
Brockway would of been great. On Sunday we weren't aware of the rain hold
going on. I thought I would of received some phone calls but did not. Having
a relay station on 144.260 at Brockway both days might of helped quite a
bit.
Hopefully we can find a good solution to this!
73,
Eddie
