Wow! That was fun!

Once we got rolling, most of the Q's were pretty easy. I was fighting with
two trees at EN34vv (I had to pick the worst spot in the parking lot)! But
KB9PJL, K9MU & I managed to work everybody from there. The spot is a little
country church near the intersection of I-94 & HWY 128 to the NE of Spring
Valley, WI. Donn, WA2VOI pointed out the location to us. We got alot of
strange looks and one lady stopped to ask us if we were tracking dogs.

Site #2 was from atop the "castle" on Elk Mound Hill, EN44dv. The site is a
couple miles NE of KB9PJL's place and has a gret view. We had great signals
from the group at Cannon Falls. I wish we would have had more time to try
and work WA2VOI, W0AUS and W0LMS from there, but they had to depart the
location and neither end heard anything.

Anyway, thanks to WB0LJC, KC0IYT, KD0IJ, WA0SSN, WA2VOI, W0LMS & W0AUS for
all the contacts we did make. 10G is alive and well in Western Wisconsin!

Hope to do more of this soon. Sure wish I could make the trip to Superior
next weekend, but maybe next year.

Charlie, N0AKC
