Subject: 10GHz loaner ready

My second 10GHz system checked out well on this evening's club net.  It is 
pencilled in for use next weekend by N0HZ during the contest.  

Unfortunately, the surgery I performed on the tripod's broken cast 
aluminium leg hinge failed.

Does anyone in the local area happen to have any supply of parts for the 
Ax-Man Special tripods that we're using?  Specifically I need the 
aforementioned cast-ali hinge from one leg.  What have you, and what would 
you like for one hinge?

I am going to take a second stab at repairing the broken one by using more 
JBWeld epoxy than I tried the first time, but, I would naturally prefer a 
replacement - I really don't want the tripod failing next week and losing 
the rig into the gloomy depths of Superior!
