[NLRS] Update UHF Contest N0DQS/R Status

Gene just called.  A crow hit the az/el rotator dirctly on his way out to
EN02/03 and busted it off, the 222 yagi mounted on the top was draggin down
the road.  The 5.7 and 10 ghz dishes, not sure yet of there
condition...things are messed up pretty bad I guess.

He is headed home, perhaps he can get on later once the broken stuff is off
the rover.

He will update.

GL to all, looks like we are going to need it.
