[NLRS] UHF Contest Activity & Logs

Hi All -

The word on the street is that this is the last UHF Contest for the ARRL.  We 
won't know until next year whether it is true or not.

I want to encourage every person in the NLRS area to do two things:

1) Be active in the contest.  Even if you can only be on the air for a half 
hour, please get active.  Even if you can only be active in the middle of the 
night, be active (there will be rovers out there!).

2) Keep a log and submit your log.  Nothing show support for a contest like 
log submissions.  I'd like nothing more than to have 50+ logs from our area for 
the contest.  That would show the activity level for our area and the 
dedication we have to our UHF and Microwave bands.  PLEASE KEEP A LOG!

If you have any questions about the contest or about logging, please post 
them to the group.  Rover plans will come out soon!
