[NLRS] w0bj rainscatter

Hello All,
   I did a one way with w0bj on 10g rainscatter tonight.  Bill reported
that his transmitter was not functioning due to a keying problem.
Anyway he heard me very well in North Platte, Nebraska DN 91OD and
promises to have things going properly tomorrow night...  This cloud was
around Pine Ridge, SD. and visible from my location in DN84JB..
Looking forward to many more tests with Bill..
