[NLRS] EN24/25/34/35 Grid Corner

Yes, there is not any really good spot to operate from right at the grid corner.
The best spot I have found in en24 to work the cities is in the town of Winsted
on the western shore of Winsted Lake.

Another spot just south of Winsted is the parking lot of a trucking company on
the west side of the highway.  Still only good back to the east.

I have driven around south and west of Winsted looking for a better spot with no
success.

That spot on the hill in en25 is good except very noisey on 902.  I am pretty
sure that is a cell tower near the road.
