You are out in my territory now!
There are no real 'hills' in the area you are looking near Howard Lake. However, you go about 12 miles west and you have several excellent opportunities.
The west side of Dassel has a number of towers. We call it 'signal hill' around these parts. It is within a few feet of the highest part of the county. Just West of Dassel about 3 miles is a wayside rest. It's a hoof up the 90' hill, but the locals used to run it as a ski hill not so many years ago. We've run Field Day at that wayside rest a couple of times. There is a small pavillion at the top of the hill with a picnic table.
By the way, my QTH is between Dassel and Cokato, about 1 mile south of highway 12. Elevation here is within a few feet of that hill west of Dassel (EN25). You would be more than welcome to come here and operate. Heck, if you are in the neighborhood, stop by.
