I got my brand new Down East Microwave 10 GHz transverter in the mail
last week. It is the new model with 2 watts out and <1.5 dBNF, in an
all-in-one enclosure. Looks pretty sweet. (Pictures of the new model
are on their web site.)
I want to get it on the air (along with 2304), well in advance of the
August UHF contest. In fact, I may even be free for the June VHF
contest this year, so it would be even greater to have both bands going
before then.
I guess I need a WR-90 transition so I can build a horn feed for the
offset feed parabolic dish I have. If someone wants to bring one to
Aurora, I would like to pick one up.
Thanks in advance.
