[NLRS] 10 ghz with K0AWU

Hey, just worked Bill in EN37 (2153UTC or so)- rain scatter - 55 scatter
sigs.  Lots of wind around here and everything was shut down as we are in a
T-strom right now.  I took a chance and hooked the 10 ghz up and fired
everything up.  I saw Bill on the bandscope and tuned to him!   Pretty wide
signal and some qsb, but that could be my dish blowing all over the place.
Dish was only at 20' on the tube tower, but still blows all over with the
winds at 25 to 35 mph.

Bill was calling Chris, N0UK, but I heard no reply, sorry Chris If I stepped
on you.

Should be a pretty good dx for rain scatter, I will have to look into that.

Thanks Bill for the new gird, hope I did not scare ya!  :)

Back to turn and disconnect all!  Will be on the band a few more minutes
only.
