I have 4 NEC 5.7 GHz TWTs with power supplies and 3 AT&T 3.4 Ghz Solid =
State amps for sale. I also have a 3.4 GHz California Microwave =
amplifier with power supply for sale.

The NEC amplifier uses a NEC LD 4513 TWT. The TWT is approximately 2 x =
2 x 10 inches. The entire assembly with power supply is approximately 4 =
x 12 x 22 inches. The power supply requires -48 VDC (anywhere between =
-36 and -72 works) at 3.4 Amps. It also requires -18 VDC at less than =
100 ma. The unit is from an NEC microwave system which included a dual =
redundant TR system. Input and output connections are SMA. I ran tests =
on all of the units and output power was 15-18 watts CW with less than =
10 milliwatts drive from a Down East transverter. The units were =
designed for continuous duty and have a heavy aluminum heat sink. There =
are no fans and the units are extremely quiet. I have schematic for the =
power supply but no specific TWT information. Some of the units were on =
5925 or 6125 GHz. In doing the test, I did not attempt to tune the =
isolators to 5763 so retuning or removal might add a watt or two the =
reading. ($50 plus shipping)

The AT&T amplifier is from telephone service also. The unit is 10 x 8 x =
4.5 inches. It requires +10 volts at 7 A, +5 volts at less than 100 ma, =
and -15 volts at less than 100 ma. I have tested the units using a Down =
East 3.4 GHz transverter, with two of the units showing 5.7 watts and =
the third showing 7.0 watts. Power cable and connection info also =
provided. ($75 plus shipping)

The California Microwave unit includes the external power supply (-24 =
VDC) and has an output of 7 watts. It also has a waveguide to N =
adapter. ($50 plus shipping)

I will not be coming to Aurora but could possibly come down to Twin =
Cities area during the week to make a single delivery. Pictures of the =
equipment are available via email upon request. =20
