[NLRS] Could be on 10Ghz tonight

I will also be active this evening for the net, however, I have not yet 
decided from where.

I was thinking of finding a site around Lake Nokomis in South Minneapolis, 
however, I am unsure of any DX potential from there.  May head to 
Burnsville along with 'ZQ.

I see that there are a line of small storms passing through to the north 
west of the metro area currently, plus a small one around Bemidji.

Doesn't look like anything major though.
