[NLRS] What do you do with a 5V supply?

I know, power 5V items.

As part of the surplus junk I've accumulated over the years, I have
seven 12Amp 5V supplies by Power-One. They are linear supplies--by
that I mean transformered non-switching supplies.

So I'm looking at them and wondering if there is something useful to
be done with them?

Looks like they've got a variable pot that I could probably jack the
output to 6v.

Can I parallel them and make an arc-welder :-)

Or do I switch over to LED's for Christmas lights and power them with
one of these?

If I were to parallel them or tie their outputs together would I have
to use balancing resistors? Low resistance high wattage?

Anything fun or useful come to mind?
