[NLRS] Operations EM39

Hi Guys

  Worked Garth W0GR tonight on 10Ghz, Garth's 4th grid on 10ghz. 5-1 signals 
and CW was easy, but SSB was just a bit too weak. Best signal was "off path" by 
almost 10deg, so must be something "nasty" in the path. 44miles

  Been looking around on 144.200 tonight .. worked several guys over around St 
Louis, Phil N0PB and Gary K0WYN close by has been about it except for Garth.

  I continue to make noise north every now and then...
