[NLRS] 10 GHz report

Bruce, W9FZ, and I worked each other from our home QTH's this evening.   
Bruce was on his balcony and I was on my back pourch.   The path is pretty short, 
5 miles or so (?) but definitely obstructed ... Bruce is in Mendota Heights 
and I'm in east Bloomington (EN34iu).   The direct path was best, but scatter 
was evident as I could find peaks in several directions.   We will try it again 
when the leave come out.
