You could go to http://www.piezo-crystal.com and search for the part
number and come back with its claims for stability. I wasn't able to
access the site, too old a browser and I'm not changing my browser.

It could be good for locking a 96 or 108 MHz crystal for multiplying up
for improving 10 GHz local oscillator precision. It could be used to
replace a crystal oscillator of poorer stability in a frequency counter
or HF radio.

I can't judge the price without knowing the stability.
