[NLRS] 10GHz contest entry

Well, I took Chris up on his suggestion, and have asked the question of =
Dan Henderson.  I originally did have it as MN, but looked at the number =
of Qs... 216 vs. 54.  THEN, I recalled that, as a Rover, I've sometimes =
had my score listed in Wisconsin, not MN.  I found this under the June =
VHF Contest rules...  "5.4.1. Rovers are listed in the contest score =
listings under the Division from which the most QSOs were made." but =
found NOTHING similar for the 10GHz Contest.  ????
