I've a question on the 10GHz entry.... The summary sheet asks for "ARRL = Section." Those of in the UP worked in TWO Sections, Minnesota, and = Michigan. The BULK of my contacts (216 vs. 54) were in Michigan. = Should I list that (Michigan) as my Section, instead of Minnesota ? I = don't find any guidance on the ARRL contesting web pages....
