[NLRS] FT-290RII

I have a FT-290R/II here.  It makes a great uW IF rig if you are looking 
for one--it's very small and lightweight.  I took the amp off the back 
and found that mine puts out about 7w on high and 1w on low--make sure 
you measure it before you blow up your stuff (mine put out 37 watts with 
the brick rather than the 25w it was speced at!).  The one watt is 
perfect for driving a transverter with the appropriate padding (like the 
DEMI complete kits).  I'm using it for my 10GHz setup right now.  Of 
course, I used it for 9 years as my one and only 2m rig back in Nebraska :-)
