[NLRS] 10 GHZ Soapbox

One more thing .... for those who enjoy sharing their 10 GHz activities I
encourage them to submit a soapbox comment at the Leagues website at
http://www.arrl.org/contests/soapbox/?con_id=52 .     If you do, please
mention the NLRS in your write up ..... hopefully for some good PR .... and
to provide an indication as to the activity level here in NLRS land.
Doug (NAS), I think your could copy your excellent write-up verbatim.
Pictures are good too.

I do plan to write up a soapbox and submit it but not until next week.
Lets see if we can get ten or more soapbox write-ups into the website.
