[NLRS] 10GHZ, several years of progress

I only had a chance to see the boys at Flying Cloud on Saturday.  I listened 
to KM0T  calling CQ and thought back to a few years ago at W0AUS's place.  A 
bunch of WBFM units and trying to work across the lake.

I commend everyone who has taken up the challenge of 10 GHz communication.  
You have worked hard and done a lot of things that would have been unthinkable 
a few years ago.  

Congrats to all.  The amateur spirit is alive and well in our area!
