[NLRS] 706MkIIg + DEM TIB/222-28 PTT problem

Add a 1N4001 to the emitter of the relay driver transistor in the TIB.
Gives you that much more switching room on the base. Maybe .6 volts more
for the 706's Vsat.

Or use a + for TX output from the 706 to forward bias the gate of a
power MOSFET to synthesize a super low Vsat relay driver driver.

I can think of other more complex two transistor solutions but the
emitter diode should work just fine, and its simple.
