[NLRS] N0DQS Rover Sept test plans

Hi, As usual I am planning on roving for the Sept contest. I will start in
EN20/30 north with stops in EN21/31 and to the EN21/31/22/32 corners then
north to EN23/33. From there I will turn west to EN12/13 on to EN02/03 north
to the corner of EN04 then East to EN14/24 grid line. If there is time I may
head for the corner of EN34.
I will have 6 thru 24 ghz. Just before the June contest I added another 35el
M2 yagi on 1296 which has helped a good deal on that band. Running long
yagis on all bands except 2 and 222 and there using 10 el and 7 el. I will
try to listen and use 144.160 as much as possible but will also look up and
down the band. No set time schedule.
