[NLRS] K0MHC/0 QRV from EN26ha for Sept VHF Test

We'll be operating SOLP for the test from EN26ha (15 miles North of
Alexandria, MN).

Currently 2, 1.25 and 0.7 are up and running. Plans are to have 6, 1296,
2304 and 3456 up on the tower by Saturday (weather permitting). 902 is still
being repaired so that's iffy.

I'll be monitoring the 2 meter calling frequency and QSYing to the Northwest
calling frequency of 144.245 MHz. Please e-mail if you desire a schedule.
