[NLRS] Standerd 528 does any one have one to help me learn how to run it?

Hi all,
I have a Standerd 528 dool bander hand held that was given to me.
I now how to program vhf frequencies in it but for some reason i won't
program on uhf even thoe i switch it to uhf.
if any one has one of these wood like you to talk me threw the rig. thanks
