Hi all,

I know I have not been heard from much as of late, as we discovered here =
recently that we had a leak in our 3rd Harmonic filter a few month ago. =
Now as it seems, the new harmonic will be on the scene in late February =
and will be many dB above the 1st and 2nd harmonics now in the house. =
This will cause considerable disruption of the fundamental's operations =
as it will take extreme measures to keep all contained to a even =
harmony. The fundamental will be at the mercy of the harmonics for the =
next year it seems.

When possible, band openings and contests will be attended, but general =
operations have been shut down for the most part as we have been trying =
to deal with the situation :)

September contest is planned, as is being around as much as possible for =
the 10 GHz 2nd weekend. I would suggest liaison contacts as much as =
possible as I will not be able to be in the shack 24/7 for the 10 GHz =
2nd weekend.

States will take a big hit this year. I don't plan on any big numbers. =
Perhaps next year or thereafter for another shot.

In addition, I will be attending a seminar in Bloomington all next week. =
My class will run from 8:30AM to 5:00PM, but then I'm free. I will be =
staying at the Comfort Inn in Bloomington, the one that has Outback =
Steak House attached to it. If anyone wants to get together, let me =
know and I will see where I am in the evenings. I will supposedly have =
full internet access at the hotel, so dump me an email or call my cell =
phone or the hotel.

So, its pretty big news, we are all very excited about it, it just puts =
me into a slightly different operational position.

73 and CU Soon!
