[NLRS] NLRS CSVHF States Above - August Standings

Eight intrepid NLRS VHFers have responded to the 2003/2004 States Above
kick-off call !    Some mighty impressive 6m scores have already been
generated from six different Op's, nice going so far guys !   AWU's and
KT8O's 2m scores look mighty good too.   And how about four states on 10
GHz from the frozen tundra of EN34 ... nice score Gary.
