[NLRS] Sept VHF Contest Plans - W0ZQ

As of Sept 1, I plan to be active from my home QTH on 6 thru 2304.  I've got 
my 902 power up from 3 watts to around 15 watts or so.   Depending on local 
activity, conditions, and the weather, I may go /R to hand out a 10 GHz contact 
or two as well.
